In our sessions, I focus on helping clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. I provide practical coping strategies to manage stress, build healthy relationships, and improve overall well-being. Through mindfulness, emotional regulation, and self-care techniques, I support clients in developing resilience and making positive changes.

Specializing in trauma and grief, I use techniques like mindfulness, EMDR, art therapy, and sand tray therapy to support your healing process.
